Help for Carers/Family of people with ASBO
Anti-Social Behaviour Order (ASBO) is a civil order made against a person following frequent anti-social behaviour. It is important to define behaviour that is considered "antisocial" or "unacceptable" in society, and your community. Some challenging or anti-social behaviours may be directly associated with communication impairments, lack of recognition of emotional and social needs, or limited problem solving and coping skills.
At Healthy Minds, we believe that a complete Multi-Disciplinary Assessment can address cause, associated factor, trigger elements and aggravating factors in anti-social behaviour.
If you are parents of a child who is subject to an ASBO, or is called for a court hearing in regard to an ASBO, or if you are subject for anti-social behaviour order or you have received an ASBO in the past and would like to revoke the order by attending the court hearing, Healthy Minds' assessments and recommendations can help.
We also provide training and workshops for individuals who have been subject to an ASBO, or professionals who are in contact with these individuals, to help gain a better understanding of anti-social behaviour and its association with mental illnesses, developmental conditions and alcohol and illicit substances.
You can arrange training and workshops to help your professional members or the individuals subject to ASBO to help improve their quality of life. Contact us to find out how we can help you.
