Healthy Minds Limited provides services based on the parliamentary paper for changes in the NHS from 2010 – 2015. We provide services which are cost effective for NHS hospitals and PCT’s as well as strategic health board authorities.

Clinics

Healthy Minds professionals provide specialist clinics for mental health and well-being, developmental conditions and disorders and alcohol misuse. We also provide individual clinics so as to prevent cancellation of any clinical works. In addition, we provide organisational services such as occupational and mental health along with personal assisted programmes to help staff in dealing with changes to their organisations. Some of our proactive clinical works focus on Autistic Spectrum Conditions, psychosexual and mental health, work place occupational health, and harmful alcohol use amongst professionals.

Contracts

Healthy Minds is currently involved with several contractual tenders which will makes changes in order to improve NHS services. Our stakeholders and clients follow the recommendations of the Department of Health on contracting for alternative providers which will empower frontline clinicians by giving them greater autonomy, yet greater responsibility for their own services.

Healthy Minds negotiates for contracts in speciality services including forensic for general adult and learning disabilities, specialist services such as Autistic Spectrum Conditions for children and young adults, services for working age adults (16–165) and alcohol and drugs misuse. We provide these services up to 15% less than most other providers. Our contracts are on a 12 month basis for up to 3 years. With our effective audits and financial transparency, we can provide details of costs for services provided per head in your local area and following an initial contract, any further contract will be based on estimates from your local area. This can give PCT’s, hospitals and NHS services information in a database thus enabling them to provide services more efficiently and to foresee the need for budgeting.

Proposals and Workshops

We also provide comprehensive proposals and business plans according to the needs of hospitals and PCT’s for services needed in the community. Healthy Minds offers training and workshops in several different areas. It furnishes lectures and training in all aspects of mental hygiene and prevention of mental illnesses in communities. Our trainings and workshops for individuals with mental health needs can yield faster and more productive recovery at home. With our psycho-social intervention, including psycho-education and understanding of needs, we can guide individuals to understand their own rights, needs and expectations from the treatment.
